Group Classes

Injury Rehabiliation Group Class

Bodyfix injury rehabilitation is a 40 minute class that is conducted by our Exercise Physiologist's in small groups (maximum of 4) to:
           -   Improve postural control and stability
           -   Muscle strengthening 
           -   Overcome persistent pain
           -   Recover from injury
           -   Improve overall health and fitness

It is a combination of Balance, Mat and Reformer Pilates with focus on the individual needs of each client in the class. Suitable for all ages and abilities including pre and post pregnancy.

Strength Group Class

Bodyfix strength class is a 30 min class overseen by an Exercise Physiologist in small groups (Maximum of 3) to:
  • Improve strength and conditioning 
  • Rehabilitate injuries
  • Prevent injury
  • Teach correct lifting technique
Each participant works through an individualised program to address their goals where the program is progressed as needed. The class is suitable for all ages and abilities including for injury rehabilitation
